As the Project Manager, he oversees the entire project, ensuring efficient planning, organization, and execution. He coordinates team meetings, monitors progress, and maintains communication with stakeholders. In his role as Resource Manager, he effectively manages both physical and human resources, acquiring necessary materials, maintaining budgets, and optimizing team members’ skills. Additionally, he showcases his creative abilities as a Graphic Designer, designing captivating visuals such as logos, car liveries, and marketing materials. Simultaneously, he serves as the Web Developer, creating and maintaining the team’s website, integrating interactive features, and ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence. With his diverse skill set, he plays a crucial role in driving the team’s success by efficiently managing projects, resources, visuals, and digital platforms.
